If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer you an exchange or replacement, following the guidelines listed below. Our priority is to provide exceptional customer service at every step, making your experience with us as smooth as possible. This policy applies to all products purchased from www.husnojamal.pk.

Exchange & Replacement Policy

Product Exchange
  • Products may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase if they are damaged or defective.
  • Used or opened products cannot be exchanged.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
  • An original receipt must be provided for the exchange to be processed.
  • If the product delivered is as per your order, any delivery charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer.
Exchange Process
  • All exchanges must be initiated online on www.husnojamal.pk.
  • Products will be evaluated by our Quality Assurance (QA) team before any exchange is made.
  • The exchange request must be made within 5–7 business days from the delivery date.
  • In case of stock out, customers will be required to wait for the product to be restocked, and online store credit will be offered upon agreement.
  • IWe reserve the right to reject any exchange or return requests based on product condition and eligibility.

Claims

Eligibility for Claims
  • Claims for exchange/replacement will only be processed online via www.husnojamal.pk.
  • Claims for products purchased from our physical stores or third-party retail stores will not be entertained for exchange or replacement.
  • No claims will be accepted for products that are damaged by the customer.
  • Products must not be tampered with and must have the original serial numbers intact.
  • Claims will only be accepted if the product is returned to us within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • Products purchased during sales or promotions are not eligible for exchanges, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged.

Timeframe for Claims

  • The lead time for the decision on claims is 7 working days.
  • For legitimate claims, we will offer an online store credit to the customer.

Online Store Credit

When is Online Store Credit Provided? - Online store credit is provided in the following cases:
  • Legitimate claims on products.
  • Stock out of a required product during an exchange process.
  • If the customer refuses the product at delivery and requests a refund after having paid online.

    Exceptions & Limitations

    • Products without receipts or claims made outside the specified time period will not be entertained.
    • Sale items and promotional products are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon receipt.
    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returns or exchanges unless otherwise specified.
